i like foods
So one the first day of my "new healthy lifestyle" yesterday, I ate:
a bowl of cereal.
3/4 of a pizza
a chocolate brownie
an iced chocolated milkshake thing (which i didn't drink too much off at least)
lamb curry and 1 chappatti.
Good start, I think!
I did however join the gym and do about 30mins of cardio both yesterday and today!
Today should be better foodwise since I'm not planning on going anywhere.
