i like foods  
So one the first day of my "new healthy lifestyle" yesterday, I ate:
  • a bowl of cereal.
  • garlic bread
  • Nachos
  • 3/4 of a pizza
  • a chocolate brownie
  • an iced chocolated milkshake thing (which i didn't drink too much off at least)
  • lamb curry and 1 chappatti.

    Good start, I think!
    I did however join the gym and do about 30mins of cardio both yesterday and today!
    Today should be better foodwise since I'm not planning on going anywhere.
